The side-facing CPR position in Type A box ambulances. The mobility track allows the medic to slide forward to the patient's head or feet while remaining seated and belted — the operationally correct position for airway management and chest compressions.
The VS-CPR A300 runs on ViaSeat's ambulance floor track system, allowing 300 mm of forward/aft travel to position the medic optimally for patient care. The seat locks at any point along the track. The 4-point harness with automotive-style buckle provides rapid release. The side-bolstered backrest includes a moulded ABS outer panel for durability in the narrow ambulance compartment.
